so after having a friends only live journal for a few years, i've decided to start making my entries public. i don't write in this thing much, and i don't have anything to hide. not that this is a big developement or anything, but none the less, i just felt like sharing.
two days ago i went to emerson to get information on admission and whatnot. turns out for the program i'm looking to get into i can't apply for until i'm 23, but that's not so bad seeing as that's only two months away. that'll give me time to get the stuff for the application ready that i need to. the only thing though that's going to take some work, is getting my letters of recommendation because the teachers i need to write them for me are no longer at my high school. so i have to find some other way of contacting them. if anyone knows an easy way of finding them, please let me know. i think there is some directory that exists in the state of massachusetts that can help you find any teacher or professional in the school system, but i have no idea how to go about finding it, but i'll figure it out.
blanco visited me last week. it was insane amounts of fun and i miss her already. i'd love to sit here and give a detailed account of the week, but there was honestly so much to cover that i don't feel like typing it all out and, you probably wouldn't read all of it anyway, haha. so i'll simplify things with a list of highlights, followed by some of my favorite pictures from the week.
highlights from blanco's visit
- john. i, as well as most women out there, can only dream of landing a catch like him.
- emilee's impression of black men dancing.
- the 99.
- sitting by the harbor with blanco.
- the u2 laser show, complete with dancing nuns, martin luther kings face in a gun target, bugs, dead people, and kids with bloody noses.
- the ride to southboro, solely because blanco and i cracked eachother up the whole way there.
- margarita's. yum.
- the travis story.
- getting to meet and hang out with danny.
- watching blanco and danny bond over impersonating how nali dances.
- heart to hearts at 3am.
